The Language Of Nature - Doshas
Ayurveda uses the language of nature to describe the functions of the doshas, or elements, present in your body. We use the understanding of how these doshas function to treat imbalances in your body and being.

Dis-ease is created when one or more of these doshas become unbalanced. Proactive assessment of doshas can help prevent any imbalances from manifesting.
