Nicole founded New Leaf Ayurveda with the intention of creating a welcoming, loving space of health and healing. She firmly believes that change occurs with honesty.
She has been studying Ayurvedic techniques informally for fifteen years, formally for three years and has practiced massage for seventeen. Nicole's desire to understand the human experience has led her to study with both western and eastern yogis. Her work with Dr. Dugliss and the Ayurvedic community is a constant collaboration to bring the best to her clients.
Although Nicole is the founder and Director of New Leaf Ayurveda, she continues to work closely with clients. She is always interested in what clients need and she continuously develops programs to meet those needs. Nicole has used Ayurveda to transform herself and wishes to share that with her community.
